Shan-Pack-Rips Back to the packs

Info

The documents that govern your use of Shan-Pack-Rips, and what we do with your data.

Terms of Service

Last revised 7 October 2026

1. Accepting these terms

Shan-Pack-Rips (shan-pack-rips.com) is operated by MITHRIL CONSULTANCY FZ LLC, Shed No. 20, Al Hulaila Industrial Free Zone (unit S20W721), RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Shan-Pack-Rips", "we", "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of the Shan-Pack-Rips website and everything we provide through it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that using Shan-Pack-Rips is lawful where you live.

2. What Shan-Pack-Rips is

Shan-Pack-Rips sells digital packs. Opening a pack reveals a graded collectible trading card, held in a secure vault and represented on the Solana blockchain. Which card you get is decided by a verifiable random draw when your purchase goes through, at the odds published on the pack. It is not known to you or to us beforehand.

The Service exists for entertainment. Many rips are worth less than the pack cost, card values move with the collectibles market and can fall, and nothing on this site is financial advice or an invitation to invest. Spend only what you can afford to spend on entertainment.

Cards are sourced, vaulted, bought back and shipped through our partners: Slabz, who in turn work with Collector Crypt, the company that operates the vault and the on-chain card infrastructure. Those parts of the Service depend on our partners and are subject to their terms as well as ours (section 14).

3. Your account and your wallet

You sign in through our authentication provider using your email address or another supported sign-in method. A Solana wallet is created for your account automatically; you do not install anything or manage a seed phrase. You may also sign in with, or link, a Solana wallet of your own.

Access to your sign-in method is access to your account. Keep it secure, tell us immediately at support@shan-pack-rips.com if you think someone else has got in, and do not let anyone else use your account. One person, one account.

4. Your balance is held custodially: read this section

Your Shan-Pack-Rips balance and your cards live in an account wallet whose keys are managed by our wallet infrastructure provider, and every movement of funds or cards from that wallet is made by our servers on your instruction through the site. The Service gives you no way to export that wallet's keys or to operate it from outside Shan-Pack-Rips. In plain terms: you reach your balance and cards only through Shan-Pack-Rips.

This section is about your Shan-Pack-Rips account wallet. A wallet of your own that you sign in with or link stays yours, and we never hold its keys.

Your balance is USDC, a dollar-pegged stablecoin. It is not a bank deposit and it is not government-insured. It depends on the stablecoin's issuer and on the Solana network, neither of which we control.

When you confirm a pack purchase, card trade, marketplace listing, price change, delisting, marketplace buy, sell-back, safety-net sale, redemption or withdrawal, you are instructing our servers to ask the account wallet and our partners to build, sign and submit the matching transaction or request. We may refuse, pause or cancel a request before it is submitted where the Service is paused, the card or balance is unavailable, the request would break these terms, or the law requires us to.

5. Deposits

Your balance is held in USDC on Solana. You can add to it in two ways:

  • Send USDC on Solana to your account's deposit address.
  • Send another coin, or send from an exchange, through our payment partner Unifold and the providers it works with. They take what you send, convert it into USDC and deliver it to your account wallet.
  • Top up by card, through Unifold and the card providers it works with (such as Stripe), where and when we offer it. Card top-ups are not open to every account at the moment: if you do not see the option, it is not available to you. A card payment is made to that provider, not to us, under its own terms, and we never see or store your card details.

Through Unifold, the fees and the USDC you will receive are shown before you pay, and that part of the payment is under Unifold's and its providers' terms. Sending USDC on Solana yourself goes straight to your deposit address, with no conversion.

Your deposit address exists on the Solana network and accepts nothing else: any other token, or USDC sent on any other network, is lost and cannot be recovered by us. The site says so next to the address. It is true, and it is your responsibility to heed it.

6. Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars and settled in USDC from your balance. Packs are always paid for from your USDC balance; a card is only ever used to top that balance up (section 5).

You can buy several packs at once (multibuy); each pack is its own purchase. You can also buy a pack as a gift for another Shan-Pack-Rips user, who opens it and keeps what it holds.

Separately from the price, the Solana network charges a fee in SOL to record each transaction. Our partner builds those transactions: on some of them the partner pays that network fee, and on others it is paid from your account wallet. It is a cost of using the network, not a charge we set or receive.

All purchases are final. A confirmed Solana transaction cannot be undone, reversed or refunded by us, and a pack cannot be unopened. If you paid for a pack and it did not open, the site shows it to you as an unopened pack that you can open later. If that fails, it is a fault on our side and we will put it right. Contact support@shan-pack-rips.com.

7. Your cards: keeping, trading, listing, selling back, redeeming

A card you pull is yours. You may:

  • Keep it in your vault, represented on chain;
  • Trade it with another Shan-Pack-Rips player, card for card, where card trading is available. A card trade moves both sides together when it is accepted, or nothing moves. A trade cannot include money, cannot include more than 7 cards in total, and cannot be undone by us after the on-chain transaction is confirmed;
  • List it on the marketplace, where listing is available, through Collector Crypt's marketplace infrastructure. Listings may also appear on Collector Crypt's marketplace, and Collector Crypt listings may appear inside Shan-Pack-Rips. Collector Crypt takes a 2% fee from the seller when a listing sells. Our fee is 0%. A listed card must be delisted before it can be traded, sold back or redeemed;
  • Turbo Mode: if you switch Turbo Mode on, or a pack that is low on stock requires it, any common card you pull is sold back automatically at our partner’s quote the moment the pack opens, and the USDC goes straight to your balance;
  • Sell it back at the price quoted at that moment. Buyback is run by our partner, not by us. Our partner's stated standing offer level is at least 85% of a card's fair market value on our partner's own assessment, and where a quote is available, the price you are shown is our partner's own quote, passed to you unchanged. That level is our partner's to set and to honour. We do not calculate it, set it, or guarantee a floor beneath it, and this is a description of our partner's offer rather than a price promise from us. Quotes move with the market, a quote can change or expire before you accept it, and there are times our partner will not quote on a card at all, for example while an earlier sale of the same card is still clearing. Buyback is open for 72 hours after the pack is opened, and after that our partner may no longer quote on the card. Settlement is normally immediate, but a sale can sit in flight while the network or our partner catches up;
  • Use the safety net, where it is available, by asking us to buy your card back shortly before its sell-back timer runs out. It is optional and card by card: you can say yes or no while buyback is open. If you say yes, we try to sell the card back at the partner quote before the 72-hour window closes. If the sale does not go through before that window closes, the card stays in your vault;
  • Redeem it for physical shipment.

A card that came to you from someone else follows narrower rules:

  • A card another player traded to you, or one you bought from another Shan-Pack-Rips player’s listing, cannot be sold back for now, and the site shows it as “Sell-back closed”. We will open it only once our partner, Slabz, confirms that it will buy back a card from a player who did not pull it, and even then only while the card’s 72-hour buyback window, counted from when it was pulled, is still open. A card you pulled yourself that comes back to you in a trade or a buy keeps its own sell-back while that window is open.
  • A card bought on the marketplace from Collector Crypt cannot be sold back and cannot be redeemed through Shan-Pack-Rips. You can keep it, trade it or list it again.

Redemption works like this:

  • Redeeming a card burns it. The on-chain representation is destroyed permanently when you confirm the redemption, before the card is shipped. A redeemed card cannot be un-redeemed, sold back or restored.
  • Shipment is carried out by our partner. Your shipping details pass through our servers to them and we do not store them (see the Privacy Policy). A phone number and email address are required, because the carrier needs them for the label.
  • You pay shipping in USDC at the rate shown before you confirm. Solana network fees on the burn are covered by our partner.
  • On international shipments, customs duties, import VAT and similar charges are yours, payable to your local authorities.
  • Sales or use tax on a redemption, where any applies, is handled upstream by the vault operator that ships your card. Shan-Pack-Rips does not collect, calculate or remit sales tax on redemptions.
  • Shipping is international, but it is not unconditional. You must not ask us to ship to a destination that sanctions or export controls prohibit, and we may refuse or cancel a redemption where sanctions, export controls or the carrier make delivery unlawful or impossible.

Buying on the marketplace, where it is available, works like this:

  • The marketplace shows cards listed by Shan-Pack-Rips players and cards listed on Collector Crypt’s marketplace. You pay for a card from your USDC balance.
  • You pay exactly the listed price. There is no fee for listing or buying, and nothing is added on top of the price. When a card sells, Collector Crypt’s 2% fee comes out of the seller’s side of the sale, not the buyer’s.
  • You do not pay the Solana network fee on a listing, price change, delisting or marketplace buy. On a listing or a buy, if your account wallet holds no SOL, Collector Crypt pays it, and on a listing it also pays the refundable deposit the network requires to open one. In every other case we pay them. The deposit goes back to whoever paid it when the listing ends.
  • Before you buy, we check the listing again. If its price has changed, nothing is bought and we show you the new price. If the card has already been sold or delisted, nothing is bought. If a purchase does not go through, nothing is taken from your balance.
  • A card you buy lands in your vault. A marketplace buy is final once it is confirmed on chain: we cannot undo or refund it, and the same goes for the sale of a card you listed.
  • We may limit how many cards you can list, delist, reprice or buy each day.

8. Withdrawals

You can withdraw USDC from your balance to an ordinary Solana wallet address you control (not a token account). Withdrawals are crypto-only: we do not pay out to bank accounts or cards. The current limits are:

  • minimum $1 per withdrawal, with no maximum other than your balance;
  • at most 10 withdrawals per UTC day.

We pay the Solana network fee on withdrawals.

Check the address before you confirm. A withdrawal to the wrong address is irreversible and we cannot recover it.

We do not currently require identity verification. That may change: we may introduce identity checks or adjust these limits, and we may delay or refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms, or where the law requires us to.

9. Rip Points, ranks and rewards

Rip Points are earned when you open packs, and from the daily crate (open to anyone who bought a pack in the last 24 hours), daily quests, rank milestones, Pokédex milestones, your Rip Card, posting your own pulls and clips, friends you refer, and promotions we run. They are never sold. They cannot be bought, withdrawn, sold or transferred (including to a friend or a clan). We may change how they are earned or what they do.

Your rank is based on your lifetime spend and unlocks the rewards shown on the rank ladder. Some rank milestones award Shan-Pack-Rips Credit. Once we switch it on, Credit comes off the price of a pack here; it is never paid out and cannot be withdrawn. We may change ranks and their rewards.

We may later open a Store where Rip Points can be exchanged. Until we announce it, Rip Points cannot be spent on anything.

Rip Points end when your account is deleted.

9a. Referrals and promotions

If someone signs up with your referral code, you earn a share of the Rip Points they earn from every rip they make: 5% while up to four of your referred friends have ripped, 10% from five, 15% from fifteen and 20% from forty. Their own points are not reduced. A code only counts if it is entered before the friend's first rip. Referrals between accounts that share a person, household, IP address or device do not count, and we may withhold or reverse referral points we believe were gamed.

From time to time we may run promotions, such as extra points or free packs. Each one runs on the rules we publish with it, and we decide who qualifies.

9b. Partner links

Some creators and communities we work with (our partners) have their own clan here. Each partner clan has one shared link, which the partner hands to its community. Anyone with that link can join the partner's clan straight away, without asking to join, and gets a welcome: 50,000 Rip Points as soon as they join, and a free $25 pack once they have spent $125 on paid packs.

The rules:

  • Each account can claim one partner welcome, from any partner, ever. Opening the same link again shows where your welcome stands; it does not pay twice.
  • The welcome is for new members. If you are in the partner's clan when you open the link, or you were in it when the partner's link was made, you cannot claim it, even if you have left the clan since.
  • Claiming puts you in the partner's clan, and the 50,000 Rip Points are added to your account straight away, when you claim. You do not need to open a pack first. If your account does not have its wallet yet, they are added as soon as it does.
  • The $125 counts packs you pay for yourself from the moment you claim. Gifted packs, free packs, packs you sent to someone else and packs opened before the claim do not count toward the $125. When you reach $125 we send the free pack to your account as a gift; we send it ourselves, so it can take a few days.
  • Joining the partner's clan follows our clan rules (section 10a). If you are already in a clan you choose whether to move; we never move you without asking. If you are the only member of your clan, moving deletes it, and we tell you so before you choose. You get the welcome either way. A clan holds 50 members. If you are in no clan and the partner's clan is full, nothing is claimed, but the link keeps working, so you can claim once a place opens (while the link's welcomes last, see the next point). If you keep a clan of your own, a full partner clan does not stop the claim.
  • Each partner's link has a limit: a set number of welcomes, normally the number of free places in the partner's clan when the link was made. Every claim uses one for good, whether you join the clan or keep your own, and leaving the clan does not give it back. Once they are all claimed the welcome has run out and the link stops letting anyone claim, even if the clan has free places.
  • One welcome per person. We run checks to stop repeat claims, and we may refuse a claim that our checks link to an earlier one. If we do, nothing is claimed, and you can still ask to join the partner's clan the normal way; the clan's owner decides.
  • We may hold a welcome for a check, for example when a link has leaked. You are still in the clan, your paid packs still count toward the $125, and nothing is taken away; any points not yet added and the free pack wait until a person has checked, and we release them once the check is done. We may refuse a welcome we believe was claimed twice by the same person.
  • A partner's link can be switched off or replaced with a new one at any time, for example when it has been shared where it should not be or sold. A switched-off link claims nothing until it is switched back on; a replaced link stops working, and the partner has the new one. Links do not run out on their own unless we have given one an end date.
  • The welcome points are Rip Points like any others (section 9). A free pack is a pack like any other once it is opened.
  • Buying or selling links, or making extra accounts to claim more than one welcome, is not allowed; we may refuse or reverse a welcome we believe was gamed.
  • Our partners do not run Shan-Pack-Rips and cannot change your account, your balance or these terms.

9c. Clan rev share

Players in a clan earn rev share: a cash reward in USDC on the paid packs they rip, paid into their own Shan-Pack-Rips balance each month. It is a reward for playing. It is not a share in Shan-Pack-Rips or in its revenue or profits, and it gives you no ownership of Shan-Pack-Rips or claim on it.

What counts. Packs you pay for and open yourself, at the price you paid, including packs you sell straight back. Free packs, Mystery Packs, packs you buy as a gift for someone else and gifted packs you open do not count. You earn on your own packs only: nobody is paid for anyone else's packs, and nothing you earn comes out of another player's.

The rates. A clan's rate for a month is set by its volume that month: the total price of the packs that count ripped that month by everyone who was a member of the clan at any point in it, from the 1st of the month up to the moment they last left the clan (or the end of the month, if they stayed).

  • 5% rev share to start: $1.50 for every $1,000 of packs that count.
  • 10% rev share once the clan's volume for the month reaches $250,000: $3 for every $1,000.
  • 15% rev share once it reaches $1,000,000: $4.50 for every $1,000.

Those are the names of the three rates, and the dollar amounts beside them are what each one pays. Amounts are worked out per pack and paid in whole cents; anything under a cent is carried into the next month.

A rate counts for the whole month. Months run on UTC, from the 1st at 00:00 (except the first, below). When a clan reaches a new rate, every pack that counts from that month earns the new rate, including the packs ripped before the clan got there. A clan's rate never drops during a month because a member leaves: the packs they ripped while in it that month still count toward its volume.

Clans of two or more. A clan earns rev share for a month only if it had at least 2 members at the same time at some point in that month. If it then drops to one member, it keeps earning until the end of that month. A clan that never has two members in a month earns nothing for that month.

Your month, and moving clans. Your packs count from the 1st of the month, including any you ripped before joining a clan that month, up to the moment you leave your last clan. Packs you rip after that, while you are in no clan, earn nothing. You can be in up to three different clans in a month: the one you start in and two moves. Going back to a clan you were already in that month is not a move. A further move is refused until the 1st. A plain Leave is never refused, but leaving to start a new clan of your own counts as a move, so it is refused once you have used both moves that month. If you were in more than one clan in a month, you are paid the best rate of any clan you were in that month (at that clan's rate for the whole month) on all of your packs that count. Leaving a clan, or being removed from one, never takes away anything you have earned.

Payday. Each month's rev share is paid automatically as USDC into your Shan-Pack-Rips balance on the 1st of the next month (UTC), or as soon as we can after it. A month that comes to less than $1 is not lost: it is carried over and added to the next month, and paid once your total reaches $1. We tell you in your notifications either way, and a payment appears in your Transactions. Rev share paid into your balance is then yours like any other USDC in it (section 4, section 8).

Holds, deletion and bans. While your account is closing (Privacy Policy, section 10) or we are holding its funds while we investigate (section 10), your rev share is not paid but is kept, and paid on the next payday after the hold ends. If your account is deleted, or we close it for breaking these terms, before a payday, rev share not yet paid to it is lost, including anything carried over. The packs it ripped still count toward its clans' volume, so the rest of the clan loses nothing.

Everyone plays on the same rules, including accounts run by our own team. Referrals still earn Rip Points only (section 9a), and a pack can earn both referral points and rev share. You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.

Fair play. Rev share rewards real play. One person, one account (section 3). We may withhold rev share we believe was gamed or earned in breach of these terms, for example by a clan made up of one person's accounts.

The first month. Rev share's first month runs from 1 September to 1 November 2026 (UTC), for the clan's rate and the October payout. Each player's packs in it count toward the clan they were in at launch (7 October), as moves before launch were not recorded. Since launch, every join and leave is recorded with its time.

Changes. We may change the rates, the thresholds or these rules, or end the programme, at any time. We will say so on the site before a change takes effect. Rev share earned before a change, or before the programme ends, is paid on the rules that applied when it was earned, subject to the paragraphs above.

10. What you must not do

You agree not to:

  • use the Service if you are under 18, or on someone else's behalf without their authority;
  • use it where doing so breaks the law where you live, or while you are subject to sanctions;
  • automate, script or scrape the Service, or interfere with it or try to get around its limits, including the withdrawal limits;
  • use Shan-Pack-Rips to launder money, or with funds that are not lawfully yours;
  • impersonate any person, including Shan-Pack-Rips staff, in the name you choose or anywhere else;
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
  • scam anyone, ask anyone for money, wallet access or a seed phrase, or arrange trades or payments off Shan-Pack-Rips;
  • spam, or use an offensive username, clan name or image;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Service or the systems behind it.

We may remove content, mute, suspend or close an account that does any of these, and may hold its balance while we investigate suspected fraud or unlawful use.

10a. Messages, clans and your profile

Your profile is public to other players. Your username, rank, pulls and clan are shown to other players, and your username and big pulls may appear publicly on the site. Other players can follow you. You can change your username once every 30 days; your old name is held for 30 days before anyone else can take it.

Messages lets you chat with other players. People who are not your friends or clan-mates reach you as a request first. Shan-Pack-Rips staff will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or money in Messages.

Report and block. You can report a comment (including one on a clip), a clan chat message, a profile (including its Rip Card), a clan, a gift note or a message, and block anyone. A block works both ways: you can’t message, follow, trade with, send packs to or invite each other, they can’t comment on your clips or reply to your comments, and you won’t see their comments, their clan chat messages (unless you tap to show one) or their clips in your feed. Blocking someone also hides their pulls from your live feed. They aren’t told. A block never cancels a gift or trade already made. Leaderboards and clan member lists still show everyone, including people you have blocked.

Clans are groups of players with their own chat. Clan owners control membership and may remove members. Clan names, badges, banners and member lists are public. Clans earn rev share on their members' paid packs, paid in USDC on the rules in section 9c. Beyond that, clan points and season standings carry no prize unless we announce one.

Pokédex trades, where available, swap collection entries only, never cards or money, and cannot be undone once accepted.

10b. Reports, takedowns and appeals

What happens to a report. A person on our team reads every report. We aim to decide within 24 hours, and within 4 hours for anything that puts a child at risk. The player you report is never told who reported them, and the people who look at reports see your name only when they need it to act.

What we can do. Remove any content, clips included; reset a username, profile picture, banner, Rip Card name and picture, or a clan’s name, picture or banner; stop an account posting for a time; suspend its social features; or close it. A restriction never stops you withdrawing your balance, selling a card back within its window or redeeming your cards, except where we hold a balance under section 10 while we investigate suspected fraud.

You are told. If we act on something of yours, a notice in your notifications says what we did and which rule it broke, and lets you appeal within 30 days. We answer appeals within 3 days and put back anything we got wrong. If you asked to hear back about a report you made, we tell you whether we acted, never what happened to the other player. We only ever contact you about a report through your notifications: our staff will never message you about one, email you a link about one, or ask you for a code, a password or money.

Automatic filters. We automatically stop some words in comments, clan chat, messages, names and gift notes, and stop messages that look like a seed phrase or private key. If something you wrote is stopped and you think it should not have been, email support@shan-pack-rips.com.

The gravest content. Child sexual abuse material and terrorist content are removed at once and reported to the authorities. A clan banner reported for child safety or sexual content by an established account is hidden at once while we look.

Copies elsewhere. Copies that other apps or browsers made before we removed something, such as link previews, are outside our control and may take a while to disappear.

Your rights. If we remove your content or suspend you in breach of these terms, you may have a claim against us for breach of contract.

11. Our content and yours

The Shan-Pack-Rips name, logo, artwork, animation and site design are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law. They are not licensed to you beyond normal use of the site. Card images, card names and grading marks belong to their respective owners.

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, comments, clan names, badges, banners and clips), but you give us a licence to host, show and share it on the Service and in our promotion of it. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

11a. Clips and recordings

Automatic clips. Whether or not you use RECORD, when you pull a rare or better card we automatically make a video replay of that rip (the screen only) and add it to your clips. We may make an automatic clip again, for example when we change how rips look; it keeps its place, likes and comments. The earlier version is taken out of view straight away: we keep it privately, where nobody can watch it, and delete it when you delete that clip or your account.

RECORD on the desktop site records this browser tab, everything shown in it, from when you start until you press STOP (up to 30 minutes), plus your camera and microphone if you turn them on. Nothing from your camera or microphone is recorded until you turn RECORD on. When RECORD is on and you pull a rare or better card, your camera and microphone for that rip are uploaded so we can add them to the replay; the raw take is deleted once the clip is made. When you stop a session, it is saved to your clips.

Who sees clips. Saved clips are visible to all signed-in players by default, on your profile, on the Clips page and in clan chat, where others can view, like and comment on them. You can change this to friends only or only you in your clip settings; the setting covers your automatic clips as well as your recordings. A clip set to everyone also has its own link that anyone can open. A clip set to friends only or only you can be watched only by those people, including through its link. If you connect your X account, we post the clips and cards you choose to it on your behalf, only when you ask us to; you can disconnect at any time, and your use of X is under X's terms.

You can delete any clip at any time, which removes the file. If our team removes a clip, we keep a private copy that only our moderation team can open (Privacy Policy, section 9). Deleting a clip here does not delete a copy already posted to X or elsewhere. By saving or posting a clip you confirm you have the right to record anyone who appears in it.

11b. Telegram

You can use Shan-Pack-Rips inside Telegram and sign in with your Telegram account. These terms apply there too, along with Telegram's own terms.

12. What we do not promise

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we depend on third parties (our card partners, our wallet infrastructure provider, our hosting providers, the Solana network, and services you choose to connect such as X and Telegram) whose failures we cannot control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shan-Pack-Rips, its affiliates and partners, and their officers, employees and agents, from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

14. Our partners, and their terms

Pack opening, gifting, vaulting, buyback, marketplace transactions and physical redemption are carried out through Slabz and Collector Crypt. Your use of those parts of the Service is also subject to Slabz's Terms of Service and Collector Crypt's Terms of Service, published on their sites. Where their terms govern the vault, marketplace, redemption or buyback and conflict with ours on those subjects, theirs control for those services.

15. Changes, termination, governing law

We may change these terms. For material changes we will say so on the site and update the date at the top; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using Shan-Pack-Rips at any time. You can also delete your account (Privacy Policy, section 10). Before you do, you must withdraw your balance, open any gifted packs, and sell or redeem your cards; a balance under the $1 withdrawal minimum, other tokens sent to your wallet, your Rip Points and any clan rev share not yet paid (section 9c) end with the account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Cards and balance you lawfully hold remain yours, subject to section 10.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Shan-Pack-Rips is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we discover to belong to minors. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us at info@shan-pack-rips.com.

3. What we collect

To sign you in: the sign-in identity you use with our authentication provider, Privy, and the account identifier it gives us. Depending on how you sign in, that identity is an email address, a Google, X or Telegram account, or the address of a Solana wallet you own. Privy sends your sign-in codes to your email address. We also keep a copy of your email address with your account, so we can email you (section 5).

Because you used the site: your account's Solana wallet address, your USDC balance, and your transaction history: the packs you ripped, bought or gifted, the cards you pulled, sold back or redeemed, and your deposits and withdrawals. Some of this is also recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent (section 7).

Your profile and what you post: your username and past usernames, your profile picture and banner, your rank and Rip Points, the players you follow and who follow you, your clan and when you joined and left each clan, the clan rev share you earned and were paid, your referral code and who referred you, and what you post: messages, clan chat, clip comments, clan names, badges and banners.

Your vault, when you trade: where card trading is available, any player who can trade can open your vault while building a trade with you, and you can open theirs. They see each card you hold: its name, grade, picture and value, how long its sell-back has left, whether it is listed or in use elsewhere, and, for a card that came to you from another player in a trade or a marketplace buy, who it came from.

Messages: direct messages you send are stored so they can be delivered. If someone reports a conversation, a copy of it is kept with the report and our team reads it to deal with the report.

Clips: when you pull a rare or better card we make a video replay of that rip. If you use RECORD with your camera or microphone on, we record your face and voice to add to the clip; the raw recording is deleted once the clip is made. If we make an automatic clip again, the earlier version is kept privately and deleted with that clip or your account. See Terms, section 11a for who can see clips.

If you connect X: your X username, display name, picture and follower count, and permission to post to X for you when you ask. We refresh these details from X from time to time. You can disconnect at any time.

If you use Telegram: your Telegram account identifier, when you sign in through Telegram or join our Telegram group.

Automatically: your IP address, a random device identifier your browser keeps, and your browser type. We store these against your account when you sign in and when you rip, to stop abuse such as referring yourself. We use your IP address to work out your country, for the site's language and country rules. Our host also keeps basic request logs. Our bot-protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, checks purchases and Telegram group joins to tell people from bots.

Through analytics: which pages you open, which controls you use and which link brought you here, so we can see whether the site works as intended. We use two tools for this, Google Analytics and PostHog. PostHog also records how the page looked and moved during your visit (session replay), with everything you type hidden. We do not send your name, email address, wallet address, card values or amounts of money to either tool as data, but session replay may show other things that were on your screen, such as balances. See section 8 for the cookies they set.

If you use a campaign link (shan-pack-rips.com/r/…): the campaign code, which is saved with your account when you sign up. Clicks are counted with a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address.

If you claim a partner link (Terms 9b): which partner and which link, when you claimed it, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and device identifier (to stop one person claiming many times: a device that an account which claimed a welcome had been seen on cannot claim another for a different account), whether your welcome is waiting, paid or on hold, how much you have spent on paid packs since the claim, and which partner brought you, saved with your account. When you open a link, its code stays in that browser tab's session storage until you claim or close the tab; our server also keeps it in a short-lived cookie (up to 30 minutes) until you claim. If you delete your account, the scrambled IP address and device identifier are removed from your claim, and the record that a welcome was claimed with that link stays. We also keep a keyed, scrambled (HMAC) mark of the device you claim on and of each device (up to 50) your account had been seen on when you claimed, with no account, name or email attached, so those devices cannot claim a partner welcome again; the marks stay after your account is deleted. If you are a member of a clan when it becomes a partner's clan, we note that you were a member then (the welcome is for new members); the note is removed if you delete your account. The partner can see that you joined their clan, as any clan can; we do not give partners your email address or what you spend.

We do not currently require identity documents. If identity checks are introduced later (for example for withdrawals), we will update this policy first.

4. What we deliberately do not collect

Shan-Pack-Rips is built to hold as little about you as possible:

  • No shipping details at rest. When you redeem a card for physical shipment, your name, address, email and phone number pass through our servers to the partner who ships it and are stored in their systems, not ours. We keep the shipment's status references and the carrier's tracking numbers and scan updates, not your address.
  • No names or addresses in our logs. Our server logs record error codes, request identifiers, an internal account identifier and, sometimes, your wallet address. They do not record your name, your shipping address or your phone number.
  • No card numbers, no bank details. Card top-ups are handled entirely by our payment partner and its providers; your card details go to them, never to us.
  • No passwords. Sign-in is code- and provider-based; there is no password to store.
  • No advertising trackers. Our analytics (section 8) run with advertising features and ad personalisation switched off, we run no advertising pixels, and we sell nothing about you to anyone.

5. Why we use it

  • To run your account, deliver what you bought, and pay out what you withdraw.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering, which matters especially because crypto transactions are irreversible.
  • To meet legal obligations, and to answer you when you contact us.
  • To email you. Sign-in codes and order and shipping emails are service emails and keep coming while you have an account. We also send a welcome email when you join, and may send occasional emails about your account and Shan-Pack-Rips; each of these has an unsubscribe link.
  • To run the social parts of the site: your profile, followers, clans, messages and clips, and to deal with reports.
  • To run referrals and promotions, including checking that a referral is not you referring yourself.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Who we share it with

Only the parties that make the product work, each with only what it needs:

  • Unifold and its payment providers (such as Stripe). Only if you top up by card or from another coin or exchange. We give them your account's wallet address and an account identifier; you give them your payment details directly, under their own privacy policies.
  • Privy. Authentication and wallet infrastructure. Holds your sign-in identity, manages your account wallet's keys, and delivers your sign-in codes by email. When you delete your account, we delete you at Privy.
  • Our card partners, Slabz and Collector Crypt. To source, vault, buy back and ship cards. When you redeem, the shipping details you enter go to them (section 4), and their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Supabase. Our database and file storage provider; stores your account records, profile pictures, banners, clan images and clips.
  • Vercel. Hosts the site and its API; your requests pass through their infrastructure.
  • Helius. Our Solana network provider. Our servers read the blockchain and submit transactions through them, so your wallet address and its activity pass through their infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare. Bot protection (Turnstile) on purchases and Telegram group joins; it processes connection data to tell people from bots.
  • WalletConnect. Only if you choose to connect an external wallet.
  • Brevo. Sends our emails. Holds your email address, username and basic account activity used to choose which emails you get.
  • PostHog (EU) and Google Analytics. Site analytics, as described in sections 3 and 8.
  • 17TRACK. Receives your parcel's tracking number so we can tell you where it is.
  • X and Telegram. Only if you sign in with or connect them, as described in section 3.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required.

Some of these providers process data in the United States or other countries. Where transfer rules apply, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. The blockchain, and what nobody can delete

Deposits, purchases, sales, burns and card ownership are recorded on Solana, a public blockchain. Anyone can read those records, forever; they are not ours to erase. A wallet address is pseudonymous, but anyone who learns which address is yours can read that address's full history. Deleting your account removes your identity, profile and posts from Shan-Pack-Rips (section 10). It cannot remove anything already written on chain, and your account's wallet address and its history stay public there.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, country and settings on your device, a random device identifier we use to stop abuse, and which link brought you here (kept for 90 days). When you open a partner link, its code is kept in a cookie for about 30 minutes, long enough to sign in and claim it. Our bot-protection service may set its own cookie strictly to function.

We also use analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_…) so that your return visits are counted as one person rather than several; they expire after two years. PostHog, our other analytics tool, is configured to set no cookies at all and to remember nothing between page loads, except that once you are signed in it knows your internal account identifier. We set no advertising cookies. You can clear or block any of these in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them, though you may be signed out.

9. How long we keep it

While you have an account, we keep what is described in section 3. When you delete your account (section 10) we delete your profile, username, email address, pictures, clips, Rip Card, messages, comments, follows, clan membership (the record of when you joined and left clans is kept, below), device and IP records, and what our email partner, PostHog and our shipping partners hold about you (your saved shipping addresses). Your username can be taken by someone else 30 days later. We keep the following, for the reasons given:

  • Records of your purchases, sales, gifts, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions and shipments, your Rip Points and referral history, and your clan rev share (what you earned, what was paid, carried over or lost, and when you joined and left each clan, which sets what every clan earned), for 7 years, because tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to. They are kept without your name, email address or sign-in identity. They are linked to your account's wallet address, which is public on the blockchain anyway, and, for a card top-up, to the payment reference, the amount and the last four digits of the card.
  • Reports involving you, what was copied into them (the messages, and private copies of reported pictures and of clips our team removed) and our moderation decisions, for as long as we need them to protect other players, to answer an appeal or a legal claim, or because the law or the police require it. When you delete your account, a report you made stays without your name: it points to an anonymous record of your account, though a copied conversation still shows each message as it was sent, with its sender's username. Our policy is to keep a report about you, and the evidence copied into it, for up to 12 months after we close the case, and then to delete it.
  • A scrambled code (a keyed one-way hash) made from your email address and your Google, X or Telegram account, for 12 months, so that a deleted account cannot be used to claim sign-up rewards again. It cannot be turned back into your details and is not linked to your old records.
  • Scrambled marks of the devices your account had been seen on when you claimed a partner welcome (up to 50; a keyed one-way hash, with no account attached), while partner links run, so that one device cannot claim a partner welcome twice (Terms 9b).
  • A record that the deletion happened, for 7 years.
  • Backups of our database are overwritten within 30 days. Our host's server logs expire within 30 days.

Our partners keep their own records under their own policies: Slabz and Collector Crypt for card transactions and shipments, and our payment partners for card top-ups, including the email address and connection details you gave them when you paid. Privy deletes your sign-in identity when we ask, and we ask it to delete any copy it keeps. Blockchain records are permanent and outside anyone's control (section 7).

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of.

Deleting your account. If you see Delete account in Settings on a phone or in the account menu on a computer, you can delete your account yourself there, or at shan-pack-rips.com/delete-account. Otherwise, or if you can no longer sign in, email info@shan-pack-rips.com from the address on your account. First move out anything of value: withdraw your USDC, open any gifted packs, and sell or redeem your cards, because once the account is deleted nobody, including us, can reach its wallet. Your account is then paused, and deleted 14 days later; until then you can sign in and keep it, or use the link in the email we send. If something of value reaches the account in those days, we wait until you have moved it out. We email you once the deletion is complete.

To exercise a right, email info@shan-pack-rips.com. We will verify that the request really comes from you, answer within the time the law allows, and never treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and above all by not holding what we do not need: no passwords, no card numbers, no card-redemption shipping addresses (section 4). Wallet keys are managed by our wallet infrastructure provider; our servers can ask it to sign transactions you have authorised, but never see the keys. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, say so on the site. Continuing to use Shan-Pack-Rips after a change means you accept it.

13. Contact

Privacy and data requests: info@shan-pack-rips.com. Everything else: support@shan-pack-rips.com.

Return Policy

Last revised 7 October 2026

1. Packs and cards are not returnable

All sales are final, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. A pack is paid for in USDC on the Solana blockchain, and a confirmed Solana transaction cannot be undone, reversed or refunded. A pack is opened the moment you rip it, and an opened pack cannot be returned or exchanged for a different card. The same applies to our partners, Slabz and Collector Crypt, who supply and vault the cards.

Marketplace buys and trades. A card you bought on the marketplace, from a Shan-Pack-Rips player or from Collector Crypt’s marketplace, cannot be returned, and a marketplace buy cannot be refunded once it is confirmed on chain. A card trade cannot be undone once it is confirmed on chain, and a card you received in a trade cannot be returned. If a buy does not go through, nothing is taken from your balance (Terms, section 7).

2. If something goes wrong

Top-ups through Unifold. A top-up by card, or from another coin or an exchange, buys USDC, which is delivered to your balance. Once it has arrived it is complete and cannot be reversed by us. If something went wrong with a card charge or a coin transfer, email support@shan-pack-rips.com and we will help you take it up with Unifold or the payment provider.

Packs. If you paid for a pack and it did not open, the site shows it to you as an unopened pack that you can open later. If that fails, it is a fault on our side and we will put it right (Terms, section 6). Email support@shan-pack-rips.com with your username and, if you have it, the transaction link.

3. Selling a card back

A card cannot be returned, but it can be sold back to our partner at the price quoted at that moment, while buyback is open for it (Terms, section 7). The proceeds are paid to your balance in USDC. A card you did not pull yourself that another player traded to you, or that you bought from another player’s listing, cannot be sold back for now, and a card bought from Collector Crypt’s marketplace cannot be sold back or redeemed through Shan-Pack-Rips (Terms, section 7).

4. Redeemed cards

Redeeming a card burns its on-chain record and ships the physical card to you. A redeemed card cannot be returned, un-redeemed or sold back. Shipping is carried out by our partner, and lost or damaged parcels are governed by our partner’s terms (Terms, section 14). If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, email support@shan-pack-rips.com and we will take it up with our partner for you.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded.

6. Contact
